How to reach Orinoco

Water way is the only way
When You make Your mind to visit to Orinoco, which lays in the shore of beautiful Pearl Lagoon, there are two ways to reach there:
1. From Managua You take a flight to Bluefields, the main city of RAAS. The cost of flight is 126 $ (and airport taxes, of course). From Bluefields You go to the municipality dwarf and take public "Panga" (big outboard motorboat) to Orinoco. The cost is about $ 20 or 500 cordobas. The trip lasts about 2 hours and you should be prepared for the rain and sometimes strong winds.
2.From Managua You can choose to use own car (preferably not too small) or local bus (bus station is Ivan Montenegro market place). Then You go first to Rama -town or directly to town of Pearl Lagoon (Laguna de Perlas). It takes about 6-8 h to reach Pearl Lagoon. Then You take public Panga to Orinoco. This last part lasts about 30-45 min.
